CONSIGNMENT SALE INFORMATION

Our annual fall '10 Consignment sale will be Sept 24 and 25, 2010. We sell children's clothing through jr sizes, games, toys,and outdoor play equipment.  In addition, you find great deals on maternity items and some baby equipment. 

We cannot resell car seats or cribs.

We are committed to providing safe products; therefore, we will pay particular attention to recalled items.  Please do not attempt to consign recalled items such as "polly pocket", painted metal cars/trucks, all children's jewelry to name a few.

The sale hours on Friday are 9am to 2pm and 5pm to 7pm.  The sale hours on Saturday are 9am to Noon where most items are half priced.

If you would like to be a consignor you must purchase our tags from the preschool office. Consignment Sale tags are available for purchase all year long. You get 50 tags for a dollar and an instruction sheet comes with the tags on how to assign your consignor code and tag your items.  Your consignor code MUST match your name. Your consignor code is your first initial, last initial and the last 4 digits of your telephone number (ex. JF4044). Please note that there is a 150 item limit per consignor. This assures that all items get to the sales floor in a timely manner.

Consignors should fill out a Consignment Sale Registration Form. This form can be filled out and then printed. Note that the completed form cannot be saved on your computer. Please bring the printed form with you when you bring your items in during receiving hours.  Having this form in hand will expedite the consignor registration process. 

Receiving of consignor goods is always on the Wed and Thursday just prior to the sale on Friday. **new receiving times** Wed, 9:15am to 2pm and again from 6pm - 9pm.  Receiving on Thursday will be 9:15 - 2pm.  There will be no Thursday evening receiving.  We will receive only one consignor code at a time.

The pre-sale for our volunteers will be Thursday evening from 7-9pm.

If you are a consignor, all left over items must be picked up
by 4pm on Saturday either by yourself or a friend and allow 2 weeks for your check to be mailed to you. Consignors receive 60% of the sale and the preschool receives 40%.
